2007 Rate Schedule

Cottages & Cabins:

SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED

Cottages:

• 1 Bedroom - 3 person rate charged
• 2 Bedroom - 4 person rate charged
• Bedding can be supplied at a nominal fee
• Trentonia Camp reserves the right to limit the number of persons occupying a cottage.  A $7.00 fee per additional person per day will apply.
• Day Guests should register at the Office (there is a nominal fee for day guests visiting Cottages)

Cabins:

• Bedding supplied
• No indoor cooking
• Maximum Occupancy is 2
• Day Guests should register at the Office (there is a nominal fee for day guests visiting Cottages)

Boat Rentals:

• Motor Boat operator must be at least 18 years old.(See New Regulations)
• Gasoline and taxes are additional to rental fees.

50% deposit is required to hold reservations
90% of the deposit refundable if written notice is received 45 days prior to arrival

Check in time is 1:00 P.M. and check out time is 10:00 A.M.

Trailer & Camp Sites:

• Seasonal rates are based from May 12, 2007 to October 8, 2007, all weekends and 4 weeks vacation.
• Winter Storage Fee of $75 and the following season deposit of $400 is due no later than October 10, 2007.
• Further deposit of $400 is due no later than February 1, 2008, we ask that you leave a post-dated check at the office.
• The balance of your account is due no later than June 1, 2007. A late payment charge of 4% per month will apply on overdue accounts. NO EXCEPTIONS. After June 1, 2007 the 4% will be automatically added to your account. If you can’t make it to the park before then please mail us a check.
• The office phone is for EMERGENCIES ONLY. Please arrange phone calls before coming to the park. Non-emergency messages will not be handed out.
• One family per lot - we consider two adults and two children a family. Each additional child will be $30.
• Any visitor 5 and over will be required to pay the visitor’s fee.
• Permanent Seasonal will apply to anyone exceeding weekends and 4 weeks vacation.
• Make all checks payable to Trentonia Camp. There will be a charge of $50 for any NSF check.

Seasonal deposits are non-refundable!
